Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before signing up or participating in The Wholesome Home Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”, “Program”). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between The Wholesome Home (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”).
By registering for and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must complete and submit the online affiliate application at https://shopwholesomehome.com. We review all applications and reserve the right to approve or reject any applicant at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to content that does not align with The Wholesome Home’s brand values.
2. Affiliate Account
Once approved, you will receive access to an affiliate dashboard to track your referrals, sales, and commissions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and ensuring your account activity complies with these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate and complete account information, including payment details, to ensure proper commission tracking and payouts.
3. Affiliate Links and Promotion
You will receive a unique affiliate link or code to promote The Wholesome Home products.
You may place these links on your website, blog, email newsletters, or social media platforms, provided your promotions:
- Do not misrepresent The Wholesome Home or its products.
- Do not include misleading, false, or exaggerated claims.
- Do not use spam, unsolicited email, or paid ads that mislead customers.
- Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Any violation of these rules may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission based on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
- Commission Rate: [10% per qualifying sale]
- Cookie Duration: [e.g., 30 days]
- Commission Basis: Calculated on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, discounts, refunds, and shipping fees.
We reserve the right to change commission rates or payment terms at any time with written notice.
5. Payouts
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, typically within the first week of each month, for the previous month’s earnings.
Payments are made once your account balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of $[100].
Sales that result in chargebacks, refunds, or cancellations are not eligible for commission.
6. Tracking and Attribution
All affiliate referrals are tracked through cookies placed on a visitor’s browser.
If a customer clears their cookies, uses another device, or purchases through another affiliate’s link, commission attribution may be affected. The Wholesome Home is not responsible for lost or untracked referrals due to technical or user-related issues.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice via email.
Upon termination, you will no longer earn commissions on future sales, and your affiliate links must be removed from all promotional channels.
If we determine you have engaged in fraudulent activity, spam, or conduct that harms our brand, your account will be terminated immediately, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Wholesome Home will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program or its operation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Modification of Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and The Wholesome Home.
You are solely responsible for any taxes, insurance, or business expenses resulting from your participation in the Program.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
